Pull out your loose tooth! That's what Graham did today. He was so proud of himself.

Summer Fun
In the beginning of June I ran the Utah Valley Half Marathon. It was a beautiful run in the canyon.
After the marathon the family went swimming.
I love this picture because relaxing is what summer break is all about. Here Truman and Dex are sitting in the rockers eating ice cream cones. The life!!
We went to the Strawberry Days Rodeo last weekend. At about 9:45pm Sitota fell asleep in my arms. The entire family (except Truman he was at a meeting for scout camp) went to the rodeo.
Swimming
The last day of school was a Thursday the kids started swim lessons the following Monday. Sitota is so short that her toes hardly touch the bottom of the pool. She didn't really warm up to swim lessons until the second week.
Laura LOVES swimming. Her teacher says she is ready for the deep end because she is so determined to stay afloat. While on her back she will sink a foot under water and hold her breath until she floats to the top again. I am surprised that she doesn't panic. She is so dang cute!!
Eve and Truman were in the same swim class. They are treading water in this picture. They had to tread for five minutes to pass the class.
Dexter's friend has a neighborhood pool. He often invites Dexter and other kids from their class to swim.
Memorial Weekend
We had a cousins camp out in our back yard Friday night. The kids and moms went on a hike Saturday morning while the dads worked on the Pope's play structure. After our hike we went to the Pope's for a BBQ and to watch the dads work.
Party Central
Both Bret and Graham have birthdays in May.
Truman made pancakes for Bret's birthday.
This is the most darling picture of MOST of my kids. They ALL love their dad!
Bret's sister Mindy made Bret's favorite dessert. This year we did a dessert/game night for his birthday. His sisters and their spouses came. We played the game Snake Oil and laughed until it hurt, "ba ba ba BOOM!!" It was a great evening.
Graham turned 7 this year. Who the heck put the candle on his cake backward? Oh yeah, that was his mom ;)
He invited everyone in his class to his party (and then a few others). We had his party at the park and it was so much fun. I LOVE LOVE this age!
