Happy Mothers' Day
I love my kids. I love that my almost 4-year-old wears a red bow tie with an orange sweater because he thinks it looks handsome. I love that Truman is almost always holding Sitota because he loves being her big brother. I love that Eve is happy when I wake her up at 6am to babysit one of the little girls so I can sleep in. I love that Dexter, my 5-year-old, is the one who taught me how to use a power drill. I love that my two little girls love to sit on my lap at the same time and snuggle. I feel so fortunate to have everything I could ever want living in my house with me (especially the guy taking this picture).
Friends
My sister-in-law threw me a baby shower a couple of weeks ago. It was great to get together with friends.
Christine flew out from WA for the shower. We've been friends since elmentary school. She made this baby blanket--it's amazing!

6 Months Old
At six months of age, Sitota can roll and sit up, and is eating solids as well as the bottle. She loves to play and laugh with her siblings. She is not (yes, you read it right) sleeping through the night but hopefully will be by her 6 1/2 month birthday (yeah right).
